FNB Credit Card Account Paid Up - Handed over for Collection

I was shocked this morning when I was contacted by attorneys on behalf of FNB stating that my credit card account has been handed over for collection. As far as I can tell I have always being paying on time and now the account is paid up in full. Please can this issue be resolved as soon as possible and I be provided with a paid up letter for this account. Thanks
