FNB Credit card account not closed after I paid it off, getting me flagged as an extreme risk on the credit bureaus

I just found out that my credit score is 597 and i am a extreme risk!! I I did not know why as all my accounts is paid monthly nothing outstanding or in arrears. So I had to buy a credit report to see what’s going on just to find that it is F......! FNB again!!! FNB credit cards, according to them I am in arrears for the last 8 months now!! As shown by compuscan and Experian. I have paid off my account in June 2015, but got the letter on the 25th of April 2016….. after a struggle with FNB and they payed me back the overpaid moneys on 7th of June 2016. This is not professional at all FNB I am very disappointed in FNB for shafting me like this. Im seeking legal advice had enough of this.
