I have been with FNB for over 10 years and I feel like ending the relationship today. ***** amounting to R29894 was committed on my account today, tickets transactions from E-com air Tanzania.I did not receive an OTP to authorise the many transactions that went off like normally, I feel no security measures were taken to secure me as your client. I am disappointed with Fnb and would like the matter invistigated asp as this is causing a lot of inconviniance on my side and my business.
