FNB Credit Card

I made the decision in Jan 2020 to move my account to FNB. While the debit account was handled fairly I had a huge problem with the credit card. As per the consultant I was approved and can expect my card. Then I received a sms over a week later telling me I have been declined. I phoned and was informed that is was because of bad credit. Now please tell me, how did ABSA give me my credit card if my credit was bad? I app**** and received my card within a week after struggling with FNB. I really thought it would be great to have all my banking at one bank. Unfortunately I chose the wrong bank to do business with.
