FNB credit card

App**** for and got approved for FNB credit card on the 13th of December 2019. They said the card would be delivered after 5 working days. It is now the 7th of January 2020 and still no card.

I phoned the bank which transfered me to the courier company, which said they were not issues with a delivery address nor contact nr for me!

Pathetic!!
