FNB Credit Card

My credit card expired the end of July 2018 and up till today no-one contact me to arrange delivery for the new card.

12 July 2018: Boitumelo Matseba at FNB told me the system has ordered me a new card and according to her Mr. Delivery did contact me on 21/06/2018 to arrange delivery. Up till today Mr. Delivery never contacted me. She also told me I must phone them myself and ask them where the card is. I tried numerous times and no one answered.

25 July 2018: My credit card was hacked. Someone bought something in the UK for the amount of R9100. FNB called me and they opened up a ***** case. Again the lady from the ***** department ensure me they will call me with the delivery for my new credit card.

31 July 2018: Sanelisiwe Sithole told me the card is ordered and Mr. Delivery couldn’t get hold of me for the period 21/06/2018 up til 26/06/2018. I didn’t receive any form of communication from them, not even a missed call. Again she told me she will ask them to phone me……

31 July 2018: I also send an e-mail to ********** but didn’t receive any feedback.

I will appreciate it if someone will be willing to assist. This is not for a new account! I’m an old FNB customer. I also didn’t receive any feedback with regards to the ***** case last week.
