FNB credit card

I have had a query for almost a month now on a old paid up credit card. I can't speak to Marcus Teffo as he only communicates on email. I only get empty promises emails from Marcus. I can only communicate with FNB card collections and they cant help me. This matter is between Connack Muller and FNB. I have a paid up letter from CMC but now there is an outstanding amount showing on my ITC from 2002 for this paid up credit card. I am in the process of buying a house and this can affect my homeloan. But it does not seem to botther FNB or CMC as it is not there life or future that can be affected.
