FNB CREDIT CARD

I am at wits end with Hammond Pole attorneys! i have an FNB credit card that was handed over to them, before i settled i asked how long it would take for me to receive confirmation that the account has been settled but to no avail i had no response. i am now in the process of applying for a bond and in desperate need of the paid up letter but i am informed of technicalities preventing me from receiving it

Hammond & Pole Attorneys informs me that proof of settlement was sent to FNB & there is nothing more they can do but on the other hand FNB does not confirm this debt collectors should know the impact it has on an individuals lives of not confirm payment was received

i have run out of options, I do not know who can help me
