FNB Credit Card

I have long paid up my credit card which FNB had handed over to its lawyers. This happened in March 2019 already but I’m still blacklisted. FNB please assist here, how does this thing work. I have a paid up letter from your lawyers but am still listed by you. What is going on?? This is frustrating the hell out of me and I don’t have time to be going into your branches to resolve this matter. I am beyond disappointed, this is *****!!!!!
