FNB credit and Private Banking Service
I have been banking with FNB past 4.5 years and they never gave me any credit( not even R1000). where as with the same fnb statement absa and capitec gave me R80k each and this shows FNB's worst service for its customers. i recommend not to go for FNB to waste your banking history and time. please choose absa or capitec or standard bank. also their Private Banking Service is worst. Ashvir Maharaj is one of those worst Private Bankers over there.

Amanda meijer ( sales and service manager) and ashvir maharaj( my private banker) took 4 days to phone me on my issue. And they clearly says i don’t get any credit from fnb at the moment. When i told them about the absa and capitec gave me credit, they said fnb works very differently from other banks where as i was getting credit from absa and capitec using the same fnb statement only. Instead of helping me they are asking me to meet to discuss how i can improve conduct of my account. And they are advising me to close my account with fnb which i am doing now. It was a waste of putting my money into this worst bank. They were charging me *** per month though my aco**** was private and bundled.
Please don’t go to fnb guys
Who ever sees this post please circulate this until it reaches the head of the bank or supervisor of amanda and ashvir. Keep your self respect HIGH.
