FNB CREDIT

My name Is Sylvia G Xulu Id no ***.

On the 4th of December 2020 I made an error payment from my cheque account to my credit account,that amount of R11000 was suppose to pay Protea hotel.

On the 7th of December I phoned the bank to rectify the mistake. I phoned debt conselling Dept since I'm under debt review. I spoke to Thato Zikalala to reverse it to my cheque account so that I can pay the hotel. I waited up until the 18 th and I phoned again spoke to Abdula to promised to escalate my case ,nothing happened,I phoned on the 21 and spoke to Precious who told me that the money was transferred to my business account of which I didn't talk about it since the money was not coming from it I even forgot about that account its dormant more than 5yrs ago .We were partners with Mavis Sishi who passed 5 or 6 Years ago and we were both signitories on that account by the name of Nzimase investments. It will be impossible to get even her death certificate or Id .

I do'nt even receive any correspondence with regard to that account . I Phoned again on the 23rd no one is willinh to help me instead they said I must go to my branch I dont know for what and the manager promised to call me as usual I didn't get the response.I Phoned my banker to attend to this matter I even phoned Today I don't get the clarity on this.

Since you are recording I think I need that recording where I advised Miss Zikalala to transfer the money to the dormant account. The hotel has laid charges against me because of FNB failing me of which is not for first time showing inhuman treating me like a piece of trash as a begger. As it is I'm under emotional stress tested positive to be in Isolation for 14days on the other side Imust go to the bank to infect everybody because that's what you want.
