Could not use my FNB credit card in Decembet as was told on app that card was damaged. I went in on 23rd December and ordered a new one. Could not transfer money I owed into the credit card account. After 5 working days no new card. Told to wait. After 10 working days told the new credit card had not been ordered. Credit card division activated my old card eventually. What a waste of time.
