FNB CRAZY UNPAID DEBIT ORDER FEE

Good day FNB,

Please enlighten since when am I charged R100 for unpaid debit orders in my account, I mean that's a *******. I pulled all my previous statements regarding this and not once I was ever charged R100, I've been charged R8.50 and I just compared my partners one she's been charged nothing more than R40. I want to what to know how did it jump to R100.

One of your consultants I spoke to she could not explain that her name is Busi Myeza, she just said I should visit an FNB Branch... I mean for what if I called customer care.

I need clarity on this or I will have no choice but to consider changing banks.
