FNB CRADLESTONE MALL DREAM TEAM

I have been banking with FNB for a few years now but never really needed the need to go into the bank as they are so innovative until now recently. I have been visiting the Cradlestone Branch in Krugersdorp and do most of my banking there. Yesterday on the 12th of Feb 2024 i went again to collect my children's cards. The bank was a bit busy and i found a few people waiting, I also however didnt mind waiting as it was welcoming to walk in. The area was cool from the hot sun and very clean and neat. As i waited, a few minutes later the bank manager (Nhlanhla) came to greet and see if we needed anything urgent, I humbly said i was willing to wait for one of his amazing consultants/bankers (Gomotsang/Mampong). I have had encounters with both these ladies and i must honestly say,they are forever exceptionally welcoming,nice,friendly and put on a great smile even though we all know how pressurising their jobs can be.

So today i just wanted to take the time out and than the team for making it worthy to come to the bank,not just for our financial issues but for making banking with FNB such an amazing experience. Its honestly people like Nlhanhla,Gomotsang,Mampong and the rest of the staff that make it a great place to bank and know that you can trust them with your money.

I truly hope the branch and its team are greatly rewarded for their immaculate service every time one walks into the branch. Honestly a branch that should be awarded for the most friendliest, kindest and hardworking staff. We see you guys :)
