FNB Cradlestone acknowledgement of service excellence

I would like to compliment the Manager Nhlanhla Magama and his staff at FNB Cradlestone for their first class service. We needed help with a very delicate matter that necessitated a more prompt and personal response than the normal collect your ticket and wait in the queue protocol. I may add that this all this took place at closing hours which made their commitment to the process even more appreciated. The request was dealt with professionally and personally to our expectations which have even been a bit unreasonable in truth. Thank you to those mentioned. I hope FNB has a way of rewarding its staff for going beyond the call of duty !
