FNB CPP INSURANCE ******* /COVID19 NO CLAIM

Due to the covid19 pandemic i am trying to apply for the cpp insurance fund my loan i have is from 2016 and will be finished Sept 2020 but since I'm home with the company doors closed no income will be received, I called the call center and was told to get a letter from work to apply like how is that possible since the doors of the company is closed after all I have been paying this premium since 2016 and now that i need help fnb is full of ****. LYING on social media that they would help there clients i been banking with fnb since 2013 i am very disappointed and angry how am i going to continue this loan it seems they want there clients to fall behind to increase the interest and when all this is over the clients sit with more interest to pay. FNB i think standard bank and capitec will potentially soon be sitting with most of your clients. Pay back my cpp premium money.
