FNB COVID19 relief dilemmas

I app**** for COVID19 extension relief funding. All went well, the account was loaded on the 31st of July. I've been waiting for the reversal of my debit orders since then. They keep on saying the issue has been escalated. We are strunded, no cash and FNB does not care.. Travel and Tourism has been hit hard by this covid. We took a big salary cut, yet FNB still takes the little we've got and they don't care.

The banking system is ******* just like the rest. They make promises and don't keep them, and we must just accept it when they say sorry.
