FNB Covid Relief scheme DOES IT EVEN EXZIST???

Good day

I have app**** 4 weeks ago for the Covid 19 relief for vehicle payments as i have lost my job due to the pandemic. i have sent numerous emails, tried calling agents of FNB and no can give me any answers??? they just keep saying that i should wait for the Covid relief team to get in contact with me, but still FNB phones me every day to make arrangements for payment??? Is int that the purpose of the relief fund as to assist in this situations???? i honestly dont understand and i dont want to get in any trouble as i am really trying to make arrangements and stay informed regarding my current situation??? can someone from FNB Covid Relief scheme please get in contact with me just as to let me know what is going on!!
