FNB COVID relief plan
I had the COVID relief plan on my FNB account with the extended COVID relief plan I was told this will cover my full loan then I only pay the covid relief plan which is a lot less then my initial installment. This is not the case they expect me to pay R2500 within one day!!This is Bad service

01 Oct 2020, 15:13After speaking to two different types of departments where the one admits the fault was on their side and said the other person will have to phone me back to make arrangements. The person phoned basically saying it’s not their problem after it is a fault at FNB. This was very pointless this bank does not offer help
