FNB Covid Relief on ANOTHER LEVEL (BAD LEVEL I MEAN)

Here we go again with FNB Covid Relief. I app**** for the covid relief and was approved. To my surprise one of my loan accounts is on arrears, infact it is the very same FNB that is sending me SMSes that my loan account is in arrears. The debit orders are not going through because of the relief programme. My loan accounts are not updated, it's as if no funds were debited from the covid relief account to pay off the loans for the past two months, going to 3rd month now in June. Not sure if this is a way to dent one's credit record. CAN SOMEONE FROM FNB PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS DONE? I WAS PLACED ONHOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES AS NO ONE IS AVAILABLE FROM COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT.
