FNB covid relief loan

Do not go for the covid relief fund - this bank is utterly useless. I have app**** over 3 months ago, loan was approved and i was told not to worry, my debit orders will be covered. Now after 3 months, not only did they not cover my debit orders once! All debit orders has bounced, interest charge and to top it, they are debiting the loan? Numerous corresponding with them that ends up in just more lies. Take your money somewhere else, FNB is a done bank, just look at all the current complaints, it well tell you the story of this money grabbing institution.
