FNB Covid Relief Loan

I am really dissapointed with how FNB is handling this Covid relief Loan. I have the relief load of R33800, I get a message that there has been a shortfall of R6440 and I need to accept the new load which will be like R40000. I agreed , coz I do see the shortfall. But now when I log on to the app, i see extra 7282 added to the load. What is it for?

I contacted customer care and I was advised that team has been dissolved I must log to premier banking team nd they will provide me with answers. Guess what, the premier banking do not have answers, they said they will log to covid team. Which team coz customer service they do not exist anymore.

I need someone with answers to contact me. I JUST NEED ANSWERS
