FNB COVID relief is not a relief!

FNB is really slacking. I have COVID relief fund but they took my Credit card payment from my cheque account. I got in contact with them on Facebook 2 weeks ago and was told to wait a week for the reversal...Nothing. I then contacted them on secure chat on my app a week later and was told a request was put through and I will have the refund in either 24hours or 3 working days....still nothing. What is the use having the relief fund if it’s still taking the money from my cheque account? I am out of pocket because FNB cannot keep you their agreements. I read so many bad reviews and was convinced it wouldn’t happen to me because FNB do go the extra mile. I was wrong!!!
