FNB Covid relief is a ****

FNB ****s clients by accumulating unsubstantiated debt under the guise of "COVID relief" I was offered this by FNB understanding that my FNB debits would be covered for 3 months whilst my income was at 80%. The minute I accepted this I had an added R42,000 debt onto my account under the title "Covid relief" claiming to have paid out R42,000. None of my accounts were paid, neither my balance more my interest on my credit card or personal loan has decreased and now I they claim I owe them R41,000 for absolutely nothing???? They can't tell me what the R41,000 was spent on, on my behalf and I am now sitting with more debt than before COVID with nothing to show for it. It's a disgusting disgraceful exploitation of people and shameful **** by FNB.

Oh and private banker???? What a laugh months trying to get answers from my "private banker", call lines absolulely nothing!
