FNB Covid Relief is a ****!!!

After a lot of back and forth, FNB finally approved my Covid19 relief to cover my life cover and personal since my salary was greatly affected due to covid 19. I was ecstatic because I knew I didn’t have to worry about being listed or not being able to pay those obligations. Every month, FNB is still continuing deducting the loan And life cover amount and every time I call their call Centre I’m put on hold for 30minutes then transferred to someone to then waiting another 30minutes. Then why are u charging me the covid relief amount when I’m still paying the loan?

This morning I was on the phone with over 3 agents who all couldn’t help me. I have come to a decision to just close my account and just bank with another institution.
