FNB COVID Relief funds incorrect Statement Communication

Really struggling to communicate with FNB re COVID relief funds that were, according to them, paid into my account but no trace in my accounts of the statement payments they have plus interest being charged since April. Been communicating through Facebook messenger and email with courteous apologies and promises but no action/communication.
