FNB Covid relief fund false promises
In April 2020 I app**** for the Covid relief fund due to lockdown and having no income. This was approved and because it was quite a big amount I contacted them to check what exactly would be paid. They confirmed that my Wesbank personal loan and Vehicle loan would be covered. Till today that hasn't happened even though I have date, time and names of the consultants that confirmed this.. Between FNB and Wesbank I get thrown from pillar to post and I am at wits end with this as nothing gets done or clarified. So the relief fund has not helped me at all but put me in more trouble due to my accounts being in arrears now. Shocking that none of them know what they are doing.

19 Aug 2020, 11:13And still to this day there is no reply, no feedback, and no way forward. I used to recommend FNB to people now I find myself telling people to stay away from FNB. I even have a screenshot here of you saying my wesbank loan is covered but no payment was made and I now have a big mess to resolve due to your impotency.
