FNB Covid Relief causes more problems than actually assisting clients

I app**** for FNB Covid relief in April. At the end of April. Debit orders went off my bank account so I requested a refund. Little did I know that FNB refunded me from Covid relief and then paid again into the relevant accounts. Hence two payments were made into my loan account in April. This should have been picked up when I requested the refund in May and my refund should have been done directly from the actual loan account and NOT the Covid relief account. I requested statements as someone else’s statement was linked to my FNB app. I received statements 3 weeks ago. On 23 September three days before my actual debit order date of 26 April, Two debit orders went off my bank account instead of covid relief. When I queried it I was told sorry 6 payments already went off Covid relief in 5 months. There was never an agreement to pay two installments into these accounts in April further to this these two accounts are in credit of one months payment and I sit with the problem that money has been taken off my Bank account. It was the end of the month before payday when these amounts went off and I was at the store with a trolley full of groceries just as well I checked my account balance on my app. Only to see that over R3000 Rand went off my account for debit orders. My private banker Winnie has not been able to assist me with reversal o f my debit orders. According to my contract with FNB my payments will be made until End September yet I had to pay two debits orders for two accounts on 23 September. Further to this FNb claims to have paid from Covid relief my bond payments for 6 installments when as per my bond statement only 5 payments were made. One debit order was reversed yet it reflects on My Covid relief statement as being paid. fNb Covid relief clients should scrutinize their statements as instead of helping their clients FNB is actually robbing their clients. Since my email to my private banker on 23 September. She has called me once On the 26th saying that she has requested a refund. And no further feedback from herself since then. I keep complaining but it’s seems like FNB can’t help me. I understand that private bankers have many clients. But a simple email to give feedback is not difficult. Its been 19 days since the debit orders went off that’s poor service. I am going to downgrade from Private banking as What is the point of having a private banker and I don’t get the help I need. I have emailed a detailed breakdown of what my queries are, so I have actually done the Job for them, yet still this matter hasn’t been sorted. Poor banking practice FNB.
