FNB COVID LOAN SHOWING I'M IN ARREARS WHEN I PAID!!!!

And here we go again! Each month a new problem. FNB debits my account for the covid loan. Why am in arrears with a R1. 22 cents. This will affect my credit record!!! Also why is my loan installment increasing all the time???!!!!!!
