FNB Covid Loan Paid Off but i'm Still Debited. Live Chat on App Does Not Work.

Hi there. I paid off my covid loan, but the debit order for the covid loan still went off. I've tried using your live chat on the app, but have been waiting for a response for 3 hours now. I then tried to call premier banking where I was waiting on the line while the IVR told me to download and use the app-which I've tried and it did not work. Please could you help me just cancel this covid loan and refund me for the debit order and any other amount over the initial covid loan amount. I've done my part and have paid it off in less than 6 months. I need FNB to help do their part now as well please.

I've tried you app and live chat as suggested, but it just does not work and I hate that this Covid Loan thing is just not being managed very well. This covid loan has prevented me from refinancing one of my properties which has been agreed on way before I even took the covid relief.
