FNB Covid Loan is becoming a Joke

I've app**** for the Covid Relief Loan back in April and was put in place accordingly. In May all my FNB debit orders were redirected to the Covid loan as per the loan agreement, but my June debit orders were never redirected. I'm now force by the bank to utilize my overdraft to cover all my commitments with FNB and I'm sure if there were no OD in place you would have been knocking on my door faster that a Covid cough. I now must pay an overdraft fee and interested and the same applies to my Covid Loan! Please explain how is this helping your clients? I've tried 3 times to get some help from the so called Bankers on app's secure chat and all they can say is they will log a query. FNB is the only bank that does not have a dedicated helpline for the Covid loan dept, this is just pathetic. All I'm asking is to stick to your legal agreement instead of putting your clients through financial misery.
