FNB COVID LOAN AMOUNT CONSTANTLY CHANGING

Good day

Why has my loan amount been changed yet again to R23330 on my FNB app? When it had been confirmed by FNB that I have not used the full loan amount therefore the balance owed has changed to R16 991? I have an email proving this and will refer to the NCR and Ombudsman.

Why am I struggling with this since August 2020? Why does FNB insist on ripping me off? I will be contacting the Ombudsman with regard to this matter!!!

FNB is literally the worst bank ever. One only need to go to social media to see peoples distaste toward this bank!
