FNB COVID LOAN

FNB COVID RELIEF???? This was deducted off my husband's account and we reversed it as we did not sign into any agreement for a COVID LOAN@!!! Now, years..... months..... down the line they hand him over to the attorneys??? Where did we take out a loan or sign an agreement for this? Please contact me on *** and explain this to me please, or should I take this up with the ombudsman?
