FNB COVID loan

I have no idea what my actual UTILISED balance of COVID-19 loan is. FNB is useless at giving information They "paid out" the full loan when it was granted... yet WHO RECEIVED THE MONEY... not me. Now I'm being charged interest on my covid loan account AND my FNB credit card because they're only taking off the minimum pmts every mth...SHAME ON YOU
