FNB Covid-19 ****!!!

Struggling for weeks now with FNB on there Covid-19 assistant loans they gave. After the 3 months past, there was still an amount left that was not used. This they wrote back, so the amount to payback about half the original loan, but they did not adjust the monthly payment. So when I asked about it and said, if you want to keep the monthly payment as is, pay out the balance, and if you do not want to do that, adjust the monthly payment. To date nothing from them, the only thing they did on my wife's account was the reverse the amount back into the account, not for us to use, and they did adjust the monthly payment, but added to it, so now we need to more per month! FNB, really!!!!!!!!!!
