FNB covid 19 response

I think FNB and how they managed the covid 19 relief was ridiculous, the government even granted them financial relief for clients and what did they do? They decided to make money and a profit from it, I was home with someone who got retrenched and I had to carry the household and help with other expenses with the reduced salary and what did FNB do? Nothing, not even reverse bank charges or assist with my home loan like ABSA did with my car payments, I highly regret having everything with FNB and even being a private clients account holder, even though I mentioned I had a reduced salary, they wouldn't assist. I'm disappointed with FNB
