Fnb covid 19 relief mess up

Fnb Has failed to refund me for payments allocated twice to my loan accounts in the Month of April 2020, First from the funds in my bank account and then from the Covid 19 relief loan. I have contacted Fnb on several occasions with no postive feedback.Fnb also has not provided a statement of transactions from the Covid19 relief loan I have made use of.
