FNB Covid-19 Relief issue.

FNB (COVID-19) relief is **** I app**** for the relief for my Home bond and it was declined, fortunately I could manage to pay and 3 Months later then i pick up that there is a stupid loan of +-R29 000 which I didn’t app**** for?Today I receive a Contract to sign for payment terms and last month they didn’t debit my account for my house bond when I phoned the bank they told me that Covid relief has arrange payment break and now my bond is in areas and I have interest loaded.Who asked them to do that?? who signed for that?? what happened to DECLINED?? Because i have been paying without skipping a single Month!! I hate FNB and now i must pay back this money!!? Nx FNB need to resolve this and reverse those interest cause honestly this is not fair.
