FNB Covid 19 Relief Fund

My Covid 19 Application was not approved pending approval as I never submit documents to complete it.... I am currently being billed for money being used. And this relief fund is not being used for any of my accounts.

FNB... you guys really are messing up - please fix this or I rather move to another bank.
