FNB Covid-19 rekuef

So amid the covid 19 crisis our country is facing right now, most banks has come to the party to aid employees and SME's that needs help. As an employee at a transport company we also face the effects of the covid 19. Currently working short time. So of course I app**** for relief from FNB regarding my bond payments and credit card. Instead of following the trend of the industry and offering payment holidays, FNB instead offered me a loan at prime for a 36 month period. I find this totally opportunistic. They want to gain out of the disaster our country is facing right now and want to make more money. Although the repayments only start in August l, the bank is heaping more debt onto its customers. But alas, what else did I expect as three years ago, as the industry I work in was going through a strike, I phoned them and informed the bank about the situation I am in. Their reply was simply a thank you for letting them know, but if I don't pay my bond it will go into arrears and I will hear from their lawyers. Really lame FNB and repulsive actions from you amid this national disaster.
