FNB COVID-19 Loans

I have a COVID-19 account with FNB, but it doesn't give what was promised and trying to get help is like talking to a brick wall with the IQ of sand. As it is at the moment I have wasted over R200 airtime trying to phone the call the call center. And all I get is the holding tone and when I eventually get through to someone either they hang up or my airtime is depleted. And trying to get through to the people at the loans department, there is a better chance of getting snow in hell. This is second month in a row that I have no money and if this will be the situation again in June and July then they can cancel the COVID-19 loan, because it means absolutely nothing.
