Fnb covid 19 loan extension

Good day, Thank you for the help with the covid 19 loan however I got a extension offer of another 3months and I accepted the quote on the 1st of july already. Kindly urgently look into this as it still hasn't been activated and the end of the month is nearing and its worrying me.
