FNB COVID-19 Fund is a **** BEWARE!!!!

FNB COVID-19 Fund is a **** I have never been able to use this COVID-19 relief fund. I have asked FNB to remove it from my banking profile. My local FNB branch said they have. Two months later the account is still showing in my online banking profile with a negative figure!!!! This negative amount also impacts my FNB online net worth negatively. A Fund that is actually there to help with financial relief is now in my opinion being used by FNB as a ********** **** to make money. FNB is no longer a great bank & definitely not there to help it's clients. I want this FNB Covid-19 Relief Fund **** removed from my online FNB banking profile, but there is no option to do so. Secure Chat is a useless service. BEWARE!!!!!!!
