FNB covid-19 fund, actually a *****!
I am Private Client paying for services that are not being rendered.
FNB approved my Covid-19 relief fund on my bond in terms of a loan charged at 7.75% for three months. they claim that they had credited my current account with my April installment on 24/04/2020 so that it can be debited as such to my bond account as on the 25/04/2020. that was their first lie, they didn't credit that money in my account. they manipulated their system so make seem like they deposited the money in my current account. unfortunately, for them due the lock down, I keep track of every single cent that comes and goes out my account, they didn't credit anything in my account they just put in a number of R7613.90 and a Runnning balance of R292. then they debited my bond from my salary and made it seem like they paid for it, in essence it was just ran as a normal debit order.
When I communicate with my banker she keeps saying the credited the amount. even when I prove to her that they did not. she tells me she escalated it, its been 2 weeks now. with more than 7 workings days for them to resolve this, still no answer or a solution. Basically they charging interest plus a principal amount on a loan I never received in a name of Helping people under a facade of Covid-19.
second lie. I reversed an unauthorized debit order, the third part sent out communication immediately to alert me of non-payment, but FNB is sitting with my money, saying I will get it after 9-14 working days without them communicating with their clients of an new "debit order" reversal stunt.
I spent R952 on bank charges thinking I am receiving the best and exclusive help. to my surprise its actually the worst bank ever. I am switching.
