FNB Covid 19 extension absolute disgrace.

I app**** for an extension on the Covid relief scheme that FNB offered. I had no option, due to our company reducing our salaries again. FNB suggested I take up the offer to keep a good credit record. This has now become a living nightmare. Nobody knows what they are doing, nobody gets back to me either. They granted me an extension, the monies are clearing showing in my Covid relief fund. Yet they have chosen to tell me that I did not qualify, or it's been cancelled or did I apply, they have taken off the payment for the loan and still not rectified or bothered to get back to me. In actual fact FNB has committed ***** iin my ohopinion. I have spend weeks, days and hours sitting on the phone trying to rectify their problem, the service has been shocking and promises made and not keep. FNB has gotten me into more drama and debt than I could have ever imagined, not to mention my emotional state of being brushed off like a piece of filth. You can't talk to a superior or manager, because they are better than you. They can't talk to the public, really I'm paying your salary. They very quick to call me when I have the money. My private banker couldnt get it right. There is zero understanding in the loans department, there is zero communication between the FNB departments, speak to this one no speak to that one. After all these years and it comes down to this. I am still waiting for someone from FNB to contact me regarding the extention. Your 24 hours to rectify was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. My so called excellent credit score has been affected not only by covid, the company I work for but FNB how can we not help you!!!!
