FNB Covid-19 Cashflow relief NOT WORKING

I app**** for the Covid 19 Cashflow relief, it was approved the 24th. All my debit orders ran this morning and now i am in arrears cause the cashflow relief did not kick in as promoted. The bank said that they will reverse and correct but my other debit that also ran in last week after the cashflow relief has been approved has still not been rectified??? How do you want me to survive?
