Fnb Covid 19 cashflow Relief is a ****!

app**** for covid 19 relief for my personal loan from June to August. Yesterday I got an SMS that I must pay the whole covid 19 relief plan by the 20th of this month no one contacted me regarding this. I was under the impression that since I was approved for relief then my personal loan would be restructed and added to the loan and just increase the loan term.i have been trying to get hold of them and get better clarity on the matter but I am not getting through
