FNB COVID 19 CASHFLOW RELIEF

TERRIBLE SERVICE - my credit card and gold cheque accounts and loans is supposed to go off from the relief loan but still al my debit order go off from my Cheque account, so what is the use of having a relief with FNB as we can’t use it.I’ve called FNB to please take their money back as I haven’t used even R20 of the money. The lady came back to me and said I must pay them R654.38 for them to settle my account. How the hell do you want me to pay R654.35 if I haven’t used any of it? I really can’t understand and is so disappointed in FNB service
