Fnb courier service not professional

I recently had fnb offer me a new credit card and I was happy to accept the package they offered me. The consultant explained that the card could either be couriered to my home or to my nearest branch. I took the home delivery option. I have been receiving calls from the courier company fnb are using, Ccd couriers. Each time they have called and I have picked up, there is nobody on the other side. They make the call, drop the call and then send and email to say the client must contact them. I don't work with companies like that. Fnb must get the partners to conduct business correctly!!!!!
