FNB & Courier IT biggest mistake

I have renewed my car licenses disc with you guys because I did not have any other choice .The disc was renewed and sent to courier IT for delivery I have been waiting since the 5th of Feb for my disc to arrive . The status is always route has been changed or there is no contact and they cannot find the place .Today Courier it has told me the drive said he is tooo far away to deliver my disc.I am so frustrated with this company
